The challenge was to develop a robust LMS that could support Novak's unique training format. The platform needed to handle daily 40-minute asynchronous episodes, two synchronous virtual meetings, anonymous user participation, multi-device compatibility, error-based learning, and personalized progress reports.

The Solution.

We developed a custom LMS for Novak, delivering a week-long transformation journey with daily 40-minute asynchronous episodes. The platform ensures user anonymity, supports desktop and mobile access, and integrates with WhatsApp for direct interaction. The system emphasizes learning from mistakes and provides personalized reports from a specialized tutoring team at the end of the experience.
