The initial challenge was to address the rebranding effort effectively, ensuring the new identity accurately reflected Iglesias Real Estate's exclusivity and prestige in the luxury real estate market. We also needed to ensure all visual elements were cohesive and conveyed the quality and professionalism expected in this market.

The Solution.

Following the design sprint, we created a new logo that captured the essence of the brand: elegant, modern, and exclusive. We opted for a clean and sophisticated design complemented by a suitable color palette for the luxury market. The website redesign was crucial to align the online experience with the new brand image, ensuring intuitive navigation and impactful presentation of available properties.

The Results.

The final result was a successful transformation of Iglesias Real Estate's brand identity. The new image attracted new clients and strengthened trust among existing clients, solidly positioning the company in Argentina's competitive luxury real estate market. The website redesign improved user experience and facilitated property search and viewing, contributing to significant increases in conversions and sales.
